The registration fee for ECSCRM 2010 covers various costs associated with the conference, from publication of the proceedings to the coffee breaks.

Attendants receive an electronic version of the abstract booklet on a usb stick. A regular registration also includes the conference proceedings and the option for a printed version of the abstract booklet.

Accommodation

At the conference venue

There are single and a double rooms, at a rate of 1490 / 1290 NOK per person per night, respectively, One may indicate the name and email address of another conference participant to share a double room with, and that person will then receive an email with a link to a registration form with a double room which has already been booked by you.

NB: There are no alternative hotels within very convenient distance to the conference venue. If there are no available single rooms and you do not have the opportunity to share a double room with a colleague, then please contact the organizers at info@ecscrm10.com.

We encourage phd-students and post-doc's to share double rooms if possible.

*Accompanying person does not pay registration fee, and thus cannot participate in scientific program.
** This is the same price as for a double room, but the one who registeres for the conference pays for both people, i.e. 2 x 1290 NOK = 2580 NOK / night.

All meals are INCLUDED in the room prices (breakfast, lunch and dinner), except the gala dinner which has a 200 NOK surcharge.

*If one does not stay at the conference hotel, a fee of 395 NOK / day comes in addition to cover lunch / dinner at the venue.

The registration may be paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club). Kindly have your credit card ready before submitting the registration form, as otherwise your registration will be processed as "Not confirmed" and also not paid.

^*Please note that this registration form only allows booking during the conference period. To book your room for the day after the conference (Sept. 3) at a rate of 990,- / 790,- NOK for single/double rooms, kindly contact the hotel at sundvolden@sundvolden.no and refer to "ECSCRM".

CANCELLATION

Cancellation deadline: July 15

Cancellations prior to July 15 incur a 10% cancellation fee of the registration fee and accommodation costs. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
